KATHRYN

Accountability coach + seminar presenter

My name is Kathryn Cardinal, I am a Nutrition Coach, Holistic Health Coach and a Herbalist  who specializes in women’s health. I am also currently completing my Personal Trainer Certification. I have been teaching various wellness and herbalism classes since 2009, and have had a private health coaching practice since 2014.

I have worked with people locally here in Erie and I have also worked remotely with folks across 4 different continents…

I am very passionate about natural health, fitness, holistic nutrition, the environment, wilderness, and making the most of our short time on this beautiful planet. I am also a busy mother of 2 boys with whom I spend as much time outdoors as possible. 

I have always been a very active person, and am a firm believer that movement should be a priority in our lives. I played competitive volleyball when I was younger, studied martial arts for several years, and have alternated various training modalities throughout my life. I hike every chance I get, I love walking long distances with my dog, I snowboard in the winter, and I enjoy stand-up paddleboarding in the summer. I currently train at iRock and FitnessU 4-5 days a week.

Nutrition is very important in my life and in my practice. I think the quality of the food we consume is very important, and we should strive to find the balance between healthy choices and getting enjoyment in what we eat. Education is very important and can help us make more informed food choices, thus improving our diet sustainably and supporting our health goals and our longevity.

I believe that true health and wellness come from having a holistic approach, acknowledging that all facets of our lives are important and need our care. My approach to reaching health & fitness goals is to strengthen these 4 important pillars:

What we put into our body, how we move our body, how we sleep, and how we take care of our mental & emotional health.

I believe growth and change happen best when we are supported and have community, and iRock is an incredible community to do that with. I can’t wait to rock this program with you all!

Hey there!

I’m Kayti – a gym-loving mom of two high-energy hockey-playing boys who keep my husband and me on our toes! When we’re not at the rink, you’ll find us embracing a new obsession: snowmobiling. This winter, we’ve been chasing the snow and it’s been a thrilling ride…

Fitness is my passion, and I’m all about mixing things up. I spend my days between iRock classes and weightlifting, and the gym is truly my happy place. As an iRock coach for 5 years, I’m lucky enough to do what I love and meet incredible people along the way. I’m also really into tracking my food, especially macro counting, and learning everything I can about how nutrition supports a fit, healthy life.

Health and wellness have been my passion for years, and let’s just say, if I miss a workout, I turn into a bit of a crazy person! Whether it’s a neighborhood walk, a run, or coaching my kids’ cross country and track teams, I’m always on the move. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me rocking out as the lead singer in a local band, ReignMaker—because why not rock the mic when you’re not iRocking?

Fitness isn’t about perfection – it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and enjoying the process. Always remember, you are stronger than you think and if you believe in yourself, you will be unstoppable!

I’m beyond excited to be part of this program again and can’t wait to help create an amazing group of beautiful, strong women to inspire, learn, and grow with!

I’m a country farm gal born and raised in Rogers, Ohio and have lived in Erie since 2008.  Mom of two  – 10 and 12 year old – who keep me busy with traveling sports ⚾️ 🏀. I work full time as the Club Director at Erie Fitness Now and Coach part time at iRock….

Currently studying for my CNC certification with NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach.

I love living life ACTIVE…. and I enjoy learning the science of nutrition.

My approach: Educate on best, better, & least favorable options…. listen to body cues… fuel for max energy…. and keep fun and pleasure foods/drinks in balance. 

I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. Sports have been a big part of my life and I’m super competitive. I love being a Mom and planning themed parties is my favorite. I need Plans-Goals-Challenges-Projects and I love mornings. I go hard..and hit a wall by 9:30-10:00pm always!  I’m a tequila and sun chick ☀️ and I could eat Guac/Salsa everyday 😜.  

My current regimen is attending iRock classes 1-2 days a week, strength train 3 days and cardio other days at EFN. I’m a runner in the summer – 5K events, Duathlon, 1/2 marathon.

My WHY:  Personal goal to be the best version of me- inside and out❤️…..and to stay off any routine medicine for as long as I can. I’ve managed to keep hereditary high cholesterol at bay with diet and exercise for 8 years strong.

My Mottos:
