Workout times to fit right into even the busiest of schedules.

Classes start at 5:30am for the early risers and end at 7:15pm for those working late. And for the really crazy schedules, try a 30-min nooner!

The WORKOUT Types

MON • TUE

Stamina workouts are developed using various cardio equipment and full-body movements through a range of timing and tempo techniques. Stamina will kick your aerobic and anaerobic systems into overdrive. 

WED • THU

Power workouts are designed to increase lean muscle and create long-lasting caloric burn well after the workout is over. Combinations of high-volume strength movements are guaranteed to give your muscles a run for their money.

FRI • SAT 

Fusion workouts are created by harnessing the best of Power and Stamina – whipped up into the perfect blend. This bad boy will get your heart and muscles pumping and calories burning – no doubt about it.

STAMINA WORKOUTS

Steady-state cardio with active recovery work.

Train your body to endure longer demands, and work through rest with core, active stretching, and mobility movements.

Fast paced and aerobic-focused.

Round times are cut down and set up to produce higher outputs with smaller recovery windows, perfect for sharpening your aerobic ability.

High heart-rate with low variance for extended durations.

Elevate your body to its maximum aerobic threshold with a workout that will make you clench those fists!

Max heart-rate with rapid recovery focus.

TABATA sets are built all throughout this workout. Push your body and mind to the line with short bursts of stop-and-go work.

Cycling focused sets and intervals with more cardio pairings.

Goals of rounds per minute (RPM), RPM is geared up to take your body through steady-state, HIIT and plyometric training.

Explosive full-body movements meets steady-state cardio.

Endurance tacked onto plyo sets, The GOAT is reared-up and ready to take your cardiovascular fitness to elite levels.

POWER WORKOUTS

Anterior muscles groups are the name of the game in this workout. 

Hit the chest, biceps, quads – and give those abs a good punch. Tempo and rep scheme variety will be used to achieve muscular overload.

This strength workout places the focus on the body’s posterior.

Hit the shoulders, triceps, back, hamstrings, and glutes until you’re armored up, then we’ll hit’em again. 

In this workout, failure is acceptable and expected.

Superset movements and  maximum repetition pushes (AMRAP) until there’s no more gas left in the tank.

Keep your muscles guessing with full-body, dynamic strength.

 Variety of repetition combos, from ladder sets to drop sets – Shoots ‘n Ladders won’t leave any muscle behind.

Hyper focused on heavy compound movements.

Ready to carry the world on your back? Atlas is designed to do just that. Build mobility, overall strength, and muscular stamina. 

Turn up the heat on pace and tempo through circuit training.

FUSION WORKOUTS

Limited-impact using cardio equipment to achieve distance goals.

Targeted cardio sets paired with strength supersets, The Distance is all about beating personal bests and making gains!

Clockwork is all about timed intervals.

Leveraging TABATA cardio sets against high-tempo strength sets, Clockwork is a high-output full-body workout experience.

Strength and Cardio grinds for heart rate peaks and valleys.

Extended focus on specific muscle groups paired with cardio endurance to truly test both cardiovascular and muscular stamina.
